Level 2 Server Support Technician

We
are currently looking to fill the position of a Level 2 Server Support
Technician in our San Antonio office. This position is responsible for,
but not limited to, assisting customers with product installation, setup,
configuration and basic/advanced troubleshooting.
Qualifications

Expert problem-solver. Sorts through complex issues and conducts
comparative analysis of multiple solutions.

Extensive PC, Web site and network experience required.

Thorough knowledge of latest Windows operating systems, including
Windows 2003 Server, Windows XP and Windows 2000.

Strong knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, ODBC, SQL, IIS, MSDE and
SQL.
-
Familiarity with PGP, SSH and HTTPS security practices.
-
Familiarity with mainframe and Linux/*nix systems.
-
Strong Internet and enterprise network connectivity troubleshooting
skills.
-
FTP and Web server administration and client setup skills required.
-
Proficiency in scripting required.

Dedicated to exceeding quality standards and providing technical
services and support of the highest caliber to customers.

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
